CREDIT CARDS
FLEUR-BOUTIQUE.COM accepts Master Card, Visa, and American Express. Personal checks, money orders or cash are not accepted for online orders.

SALES TAX
Fleur is located in North Carolina, therefore all orders shipped within the state will be charged a sales tax of 7%. Orders outside of North Carolina will not be charged sales tax.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm EST will be processed and shipped that same day. All orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will be processed and shipped the following Monday or business day.
All orders will be shipped UPS and rates will be determined by the UPS estimate given when you complete the checkout process. There is an additional $5.00 processing and handling fee that will be added to the order total.

Once orders have shipped no revisions or cancellations to the order can be accepted.

After an order has been processed and shipped a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number of the order.

*Every effort is made to keep stock of the inventory listed on our site current, but occasionally an item is unavailable. If the item ordered is out of stock FLEUR-BOUTIQUE.COM will notify you via email.

*All JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, and SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE!!!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted for items that have not been worn, washed, dry cleaned, altered or damaged. All tags must be attached to the item(s) and a receipt must accompany the return/exchange. Items returned within 14 days of receiving the merchandise can be returned for a refund. After 14 days items are not eligible to be returned.

Please fill out the RETURN/ EXCHANGE form enclosed with the order and send it along with the merchandise to the following address:

Upon receipt of returned merchandise refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned merchandise and after inspection of the items. FLEUR-BOUTIQUE.COM reserves the right to deny a refund if merchandise does not meet our return policy. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox. Shoes returned without the original box or in a damaged shoebox will not be accepted.

FLEUR-BOUTIQUE.COM is not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned.
